Promotional Products Distributors: Please let me help you find a calendar or other dated product for your customers.

I’m somewhat disappointed when I hear distributors say their customers aren’t that concerned with Made in the USA but I get it. They are running a business and trying to get the most value out of their advertising dollars and all things being equal price usually wins. But that’s not the whole story. We’ve conditioned ourselves, me included, to think about Made in the USA as more expensive when it’s not always or even usually the case. Products being made in the USA can not only be competitive but they can also offer greater security, peace of mind, and value. Quicker turn around on things your customers would consider “custom”. Inventory issues are greatly diminished if not completely eliminated and shipping cost are reduced compared to custom overseas projects.
Made in the USA is great for Patriotic reasons and I certainly don’t want to diminish those reasons for buying American made products but there may be additional value for considering made in the USA.

What a great event yesterday. GAPPP hosted a Town Hall “State of the Industry” event facilitated by Paul Bellantone, President and CEO of PPAI and Steven Meyer, PPAI Chair of the Board. I think everyone came away with a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities or Industry is facing. The GAPPP board would like to thank Paul and Steven as well as all of you that came out to make yesterdays event a big success.

Second video. I’m learning a little more about editing so I hope this has a better flow than the first. Enjoy.
